TIM RICHARDS
Lead Pastor
Tim’s teaching, and leadership, reflect his own life’s adventure in ministry, business, and writing. Having moved to the Dungeness Valley as a child, Tim has an appreciation for the area's history. He is quick to share an anecdote of how things used to be, with an eye to how things can be with love of Christ.

LANCE LEWIS
Adult Ministries Pastor
From working in youth ministry to church planting, while working in large congregations and small, Lance has gained a breadth of experience in ministry through the years. He finds joy in community and facilitating the various adult ministries here at Dungeness Community Church.

BRITT HEMPHILL
Families Pastor
From his early years ministering on the streets of Seattle, to his later work in education, and global ministry, Britt is constantly looking forward to ways we can reach local families and global communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

SHANE SIMONSEN
Communications Director
Shane arrived at DCC with experience in ministry, video, and audio production, which he's leveradged to help DCC meet the needs of our in-person and online communities. He's excited to share stories of the work the God is doing in and through Dungeness Community Church.

COLLEEN PRICE
Office Administrator/Care Coordinator
Colleen was born in Port Angeles and raised in Southeast Alaska. As a teenager she spent summers commercial fishing with her family. She attended high school in eastern Washington and in 1990 earned a BA in Child and Family Studies at Washington State University. Colleen met her husband Phil while working in a fish plant in Valdez Alaska on one of her summer breaks in college.

KAYLAH TALBOT
Director of Children's Ministries
Kaylah Talbot was raised in Sequim, WA. She is married to Ricky, and they have one daughter. Kaylah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, hiking, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and watching soccer (Go Sounders!).

SARA JANE BENJAMIN
Worship Director
Sara Jane Benjamin has been singing songs to Jesus for as long as she can remember. She loves to encourage others to experience the life-changing presence of God through honest, whole-hearted worship. She wakes up most mornings with a song in her heart, excited to see what God has in store for a new day full of His mercy and grace.

Gary and Nancy are back on the Olympic Peninsula and available for all types of counseling needs. Professionally trained with masters degrees. Over 20 years experience.

JANESSA MABELIN
Secretary
Janessa was born and raised in Sequim before serving with YWAM both stateside and internationally. She currently serves the local church with her passion for worship, creativity, and unity within the Body. Janessa enjoys a good laugh, a great cup of coffee, and time spent connecting with friends.

ANGELA SIMONSEN
Assistant Secretary
Angela was born in Seattle but spent most of her growing up years in Kent, Washington, where she was actively involved in sports, music, and church ministries.

JENNIE FORBERG
Bookkeeper
Jennie Forberg moved to Sequim in 2005. She grew up in a churchgoing family but began her relationship with Jesus in the fourth grade through a Child Evangelism Fellowship Day Camp.

TERRY SAGE
Custodian
Terry was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. He graduated from Western Washington College (University) in 1972 with a B.A. in elementary education. He was hired for a sixth grade position in Sequim that summer and was drafted his first week of teaching.
